1. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies
This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any similar tracking or analytics technology. We do not sell or share your browsing activity with advertisers.
2. What this site does use
- Essential local storage: to keep you signed in and let the website function (for example, remembering your session and your saved records), this website stores information in your browser's local storage. This is not a traditional tracking cookie and is not shared with third parties, but it is stored on your device — clearing your browser's site data will sign you out and reset locally-remembered preferences.
- Embedded maps: our Contact page embeds a Google Maps location, which may set its own cookies when the map loads, governed by Google's cookie policy. Our member portal's contact page uses an OpenStreetMap embed instead, which does not set tracking cookies.
- Content delivery networks (CDNs): this site loads its visual styling and icon library from jsDelivr, and web fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may log basic technical information (such as your IP address) as part of ordinary content delivery, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
3. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because we don't rely on cookies for core functionality (aside from the embedded map above), blocking third-party cookies should not affect your ability to use this website. Clearing your browser's local storage will sign you out of your account.
4. Changes to this policy
If the technologies we use on this website change (for example, if analytics or a live chat widget is added in the future), we will update this page accordingly.
