These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ABADAYA CoopTrack website and related services, operated by Abadaya Fisherfolks and Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative (AFF-MPC), a cooperative registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Registration No. 9520-10-10000000035971. By registering for or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Membership is open to individuals at least 18 years of age who meet AFF-MPC's membership requirements, including submission of valid identification, completion of orientation seminars, payment of the membership fee, and any other requirement set by the Cooperative's by-laws. Submitting a registration through this website is a pre-registration only — your account and membership become active only after review, credit investigation, and approval by AFF-MPC. AFF-MPC may decline any application at its discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information and to promptly update it if it changes.
Through your account, AFF-MPC may offer savings, share capital, loan, and cooperative-store services, subject to AFF-MPC's separately-stated policies for each (including our Refund Policy for store purchases). Loan approval, interest, terms, penalties, and rebates are governed by the specific loan agreement, promissory note, and related documents you sign at the time of your application, which take precedence over any general description on this website. Nothing on this website is a guarantee that any application (membership, loan, or withdrawal) will be approved.
You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; attempt to access another member's account or data without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the website's operation; or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
The AFF-MPC name, logo, and the content of this website (except member-submitted information and third-party marks shown for identification) belong to AFF-MPC or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent.
This website is provided "as is." While we aim to keep information accurate and the service available, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all displayed figures (such as balances shown to you) will be free of processing delay — always confirm your official balance with the cooperative office in case of any discrepancy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFF-MPC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
AFF-MPC may suspend or terminate your account access for violation of these Terms, the cooperative's by-laws, or applicable law, or upon your voluntary resignation from membership, subject to the settlement of any outstanding obligations and the release of share capital as provided under AFF-MPC's policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Philippine Cooperative Code (Republic Act No. 9520) and applicable CDA regulations. Any dispute will first be referred to AFF-MPC's internal grievance or mediation process before resort to the appropriate courts or arbitration body, as applicable to cooperative disputes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
